PARTIES AND SUBJECT This agreement governs the purchase of products from www.sudabasics.com (hereinafter referred to as WEBSITE) between the buyer (hereinafter BUYER) and the seller company SUDABASICS (hereinafter SELLER). The electronically completed order form by the BUYER specifies the product features, quality, sales price, payment terms, and sales date and determines the rights and obligations of the parties under the Law on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. Announced prices and offers are valid until updated or changed. Time-limited prices are valid until the specified period ends.
ARTICLE 1. DELIVERY TERMS
1.1. The BUYER acknowledges having read and understood the basic features, sales price, payment method, and delivery information of the products shown on the WEBSITE and confirms the sale electronically.
1.2. The PRODUCT will be delivered to the delivery address specified by the BUYER on the WEBSITE, packaged with the invoice, intact, within 30 days at the latest. This period may be extended due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances (bad weather, earthquake, flood, fire, etc.).
1.3. If the PRODUCT is delivered to a person or organization other than the BUYER, the SELLER is not responsible if the recipient refuses delivery.
1.4. The BUYER is responsible for inspecting the PRODUCT upon delivery, refusing it if there is any damage caused by shipping, and documenting the issue with the shipping company. Otherwise, the SELLER will not accept liability.
1.5. Unless otherwise stated in writing by the SELLER, the BUYER must pay the full price before receiving the PRODUCT. If payment is not made, the SELLER may cancel the contract unilaterally and withhold delivery.
ARTICLE 2. RETURN AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
2.1. The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal without any reason within 14 days from the delivery date.
2.2. To exercise this right, the BUYER must notify the SELLER in writing via email at hello@sudabasics.com or other communication methods within the 14-day period.
2.3. In case of withdrawal, the PRODUCT must be returned in its original packaging, complete and unused. The return shipment document and original invoice must be included.
2.4. Return shipping costs are borne by the BUYER.
2.5. The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products made or customized according to the BUYER’s special requests,
- Perishable or products close to expiration,
- Single-use, personal hygiene, and underwear products (if opened),
- Cosmetic and similar products (if opened).
2.6. After the return is approved, the product price will be refunded to the BUYER within 10 business days via the original payment method. Refund times may vary depending on banks for credit card payments.
ARTICLE 3. EVIDENCE AGREEMENT AND JURISDICTION
Records of the SELLER (including electronic and audio recordings) are conclusive evidence in any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement. Consumer Arbitration Committees have jurisdiction up to the limit set by the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology. Beyond that, Consumer Courts and Enforcement Offices at the residences of the BUYER and SELLER have jurisdiction.
The BUYER declares, accepts, and undertakes that they have read all the terms and explanations in this Agreement and the order form, received and examined the sales terms and other preliminary information, and fully agree with them.
